2023-03-17

CMM operators should have basic knowledge of computers, and have a certain understanding and familiarity with optical, mechanical, and electronic knowledge. Secondly, operators should have a dedication to work, be diligent, diligent, and specialized in research. They should not be limited to simple operations, but also be innovative, good at summarizing, and have a pragmatic spirit.

1. Before placing the tested parts on the workbench for testing, they should be cleaned and deburred to prevent the residual coolant and processing residues on the surface of the parts after processing from affecting the measuring accuracy of the measuring machine and the service life of the measuring needle;

2. The measured parts should be kept at a constant temperature indoors before measurement. If the temperature difference is too large, it will affect the measurement accuracy;

3. Large and heavy parts should be handled with care when placed on the workbench to avoid severe collisions that may cause damage to the workbench or parts. If necessary, a thick piece of rubber can be placed on the workbench to prevent collisions;

4. After placing small and light parts on the workbench, they should be fastened before measurement, otherwise the measurement accuracy will be affected;

5. During operation, the measuring base must be kept away from the parts during rotation (especially when equipped with an extension rod) to avoid collision;

6. If abnormal noises or sudden emergencies occur during work, do not disassemble or repair the CMM by yourself. Please contact the manufacturer of the CMM in a timely manner and have the manufacturer arrange strictly trained professionals to go there to help customers solve their problems.
