1. Technical description of equipment
T-V850S wire-rail vertical machining center is a small and medium-sized machine tool, which can automatically and continuously complete milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, countersinking, tapping and other processes after workpiece is clamped in one time. The machine tool is applicable to the small and medium-sized box, plate, disc, valve, shell, mould and other complex parts of small and medium-sized small and medium-sized small batch processing. The machine tool adopts high-precision wire rail and lead screw. The machine tool has better dynamic response, which can realize high-speed cutting and low speed without creeping. It is widely used in precision parts, 3C products, hardware, auto parts and medical device industries.
The whole machine is of fixed column structure and cross slide structure. The machine body adopts super large stable base and high rigidity long-span herringbone column, which can be cut at high speed without vibration and deformation.
The whole machine is fully enclosed for protection. The machine tool is beautiful and easy to operate and maintain.
The foundation large parts are made of high quality resin sand molding and high strength cast iron materials, so that the machine tool can achieve high rigidity and stable accuracy.
Three-axis guide rail is carried by roller track, with high rigidity, low friction and low noise.
Large-diameter C3 grade screw rod, with pre-tensioned structure, eliminating partial thermal expansion. Self-lubricating screw rod bearing is used to extend the bearing life.
The tool magazine adopts the 24 tool arm magazine of Shute, with reliable quality and stable performance.
The spindle adopts Shute high-speed spindle unit and BT40-12000r/min straight head. The front end of the spindle adopts labyrinth design and has air curtain protection function to prevent cutting fluid from entering the spindle bearing.
Volumetric and forced lubricating oil system shall be provided to ensure good lubrication of all moving parts of the machine tool.
Machine tool chip removal standard is equipped with rear flushing and chip removal of slope on both sides, water tank rear design, automation, humanization and high efficiency. Double-layer water tank filtration system structure provides good cutting fluid for workpiece processing.
Equipped with high performance Mitsubishi M80 numerical control system, it ensures the stability of machine tool control, and also ensures the numerical control processing function and auxiliary function required by the user.
Operating conditions
(1) Three-phase AC power supply: 380V ± 5%; Hz ± 1Hz, main power line 8mm ² Or larger, grounding wire 8mm ² OR LARGER
(2) Ambient temperature: 8~40C º
(3) Relative humidity: ≤ 80%
(4) Keep away from light source, vibration source and heat source, high-frequency generator, discharge motor, electric welding machine, etc. to avoid the NC system of machine tool from failure caused by electrical interference.
